Help

Exhausted but can't sleep.

Suggestions anyone?

  1. Get off the computer. Blue light messes with the sleep hormones.

    I find that breathing techniques make a difference. Select a name you like, inhale slowly while mentally reciting the first, exhale slowly while reciting the last. "Darth"-breathe in-"Vader"-breathe out. Do this repetitively. I'm usually out in no time.

    1. Right, so I know about the blue light thing- I wrote the post on my phone after tossing and turning for 4.5 hours.

      I'll have to try the breathing technique, thanks. Cute example by the way.
